Florida Telehealth Therapy from Trinity, Florida
Most current clients choose in-person sessions at The Hope Center in Trinity. For Florida residents who can't make that work, telehealth is available as an alternative — not a separate brand of care.
Who telehealth is for
Telehealth is offered to Florida residents for whom regular in-person sessions aren't realistic — distance, scheduling, mobility, or other practical barriers. It uses the same individual, trauma-focused approach as in-person sessions, delivered over a secure video platform.
A Florida-licensed practice
Licensure limits this practice to residents of Florida. Telehealth here is not a way to reach clients outside the state — it's a way to reach Florida clients who face a real barrier to an office visit.
What's the same, and what's different
The clinical approach doesn't change. What changes is the setting: you'll want a private space and a stable connection. Session length, pacing, and the option to move to in-person sessions later all stay flexible, based on what actually works for you.
