$150 per individual session
This is the self-pay rate. If you have insurance we're in-network with, your actual out-of-pocket cost may be significantly lower — we're happy to help you understand your specific benefits before your first session.
Accepted forms of payment
American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. No one is turned away solely for inability to pay — reach out if cost is a barrier and we'll talk through options together.
In-network with most major Florida plans
Starrett Wellness Group is in-network with the plans below. Self-pay clients are also welcome, and we can provide documentation to submit to an out-of-network insurer if that applies to you.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers must give patients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services before treatment begins.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment if scheduled at least 3 business days out, or upon request at any time — even before scheduling. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
A Good Faith Estimate is not a final bill, and actual costs may vary depending on your specific treatment plan. For questions, to request your estimate, or to learn more about your rights under the No Surprises Act, contact our office directly or visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
